Okay, so I have been having a mild breakdown. However, handling it well. But not writing every day. I took my shake & 3 burn capsules. Okay, I am supposed to take another 3. wow. could that be an issue. Let me work on that tomorrow.
I had brown rice w/ peas & veggies on top for dinner. good stuff.
However lunch may have been an issue. portabello mushroom & broccoli & cheese quesadilla. Oh yea, I could have ordered a salad while I was out. ouch

Thursday
my usually chocolate shake with blueberries. It really makes me feel good
took my penicillin & my burn. yum
then lean cuisine.
stopped after work & had new tires put on my car
had spaghetti squash with meat sauce. I love that stuff.
ok I have to take 6 burn a day. I cannot get it together.
ugh.
good thing is that I sleep much better. this way of eating is good.
No school tomorrow for nick or angela.
work for me. yuck. snow is on the way as we speak

ok why can't I remember to take the last 3 burn. I guess I should take before I leave work so not so hungry for dinner? could be.

did not snack today.
dinner was veggies. asparagus, string beans & potatoes
read all night, while Nick & his friends hung out , no school for them tomorrow because of snow.

What happened to Thursday & Friday.
oh yea
Thursday, slept entire day, had migraine.
Friday slept & had shake & burn.
omg
today Saturday. Have to go to work 6 inches of snow & more to come

I had to trek out in the snow, I am not sure why I skipped shake.
made it to within 3/4 mile of work, stuck in snow. My manager picked me up & off to work. car sits all day. can't get out. got ride home. Will call AAA tomorrow to tow to my job.

today was bad

rice & soup for lunch
dinner was awesome
50th birthday dinner for kathryn & the food did not stop. Served family style. First came antipasto (the works) , then clam & mussels in red sauce, rolled eggplant with goat cheese, then fried calimari, this was the appitizers. It was all a blur. Then dinner. First came bracciole stuffed with raisins & pignoli nuts. OMG like butter. Then stuffed salmon with crabmeat. Whole sea bass, chicken with spinach in wine sauce. Sliced steak with mushrooms. Oh there was salad with orange wedges & grilled yellow & green zucchini.
Okay, I drank club soda. hahaha. I tried a little of everything almost.
Tomorrow,
Shake for breakfast, lunch & dinner. I need to cleanse!!!!!!! I need to lose weight. This is crazy. I will have to work out. But for now I am still sick.

Okay , Saturday 1/23 Sunday 1/24 & Monday 1/25 Lisa very very sick. Yuck.
I can vaguely remember Saturday night speaking to a police man from the sheriffs office in regard to my son. He called to tell me my son was sober, however, was found at a party with no adults & alcohol was being served & that my son was coming home. Thanks officer! . I went to work Sunday & did not use waiora at all. I don't even remember Sunday. I know I ate a granola bar & then had soup when I came home & went to bed. Then today Monday I called in sick. I had a fever this morning. Felt a little better & had soup for breakfast, chicken & barley for lunch & shake for dinner. took 3 burn today. I took the edn also. Okay one weird thing, Lisa E, you told me about the waiora product you take to stay healthy when you felt a cold sore coming on., Well I have a cold sore during the last 3 days, I haven't had one in ages. What is that stuff?
I will weigh my self & take waist measurement tomorrow. Lets hope that works out ok. I haven't asked Lisa E about having shake at night sometimes for dinner. That may help me lose more weight I feel. But I am no expert. Clearly!

I have to remember that I love to eat, so maybe I should eat breakfast & lunch & then shake at night, so I am not going to bed full. I will weigh myself on Tuesday & see if I am still losing.

Did feel like I needed to eat. So did eat 200 calorie lean cuisine, potatoe side dish.

had cup of lentil soup & a piece of roasted veggie quiche.
dinner
2 pieces of chicken . grilled, then cooked in chicken broth with frozen artichoke hearts.
had fiber packet.
ate more today than usual.
I will continue with shake every day & then light lunch & dinner & continue burn capsules. I like them.

Will have fiber packet later before dinner.

weighed my self on Wednesday 1/13. Then weighed myself today 1/17. I lost 8 lbs. Will check my waist measurement on Tuesday or Wednesday, which will be a week.

Had my chocolate shake with frozen blueberries in blender. I like. Then took my 3 burn capsules & 2 cleanse capsules. Do not open capsules & mix in the shake. I tried on the first day. Terrible with a capital T. I had to leave the house at 7:30 so flew out door.
12 noon
Did not have Lean Cuisine, so brought lean hot pocket. My adviser Lisa E. who got me started will not be happy about that, but it is what I had. I bought my usual Lean Cuisine, "Butternut Squash Ravioli w/ Vegetables" tonight. My favorite is 280 calories, but has 490 mg sodium. It used to be 320 calories. It has a new box & design now & obviously less food. Oh boy.
3 pm.
The munching hour at work. Had a 150 calorie slim fast bar. Ok, Lisa E. Let me know if that is a no no.
5:30 pm dinner.
Turkey, grilled asparagus & grilled zucchini. Ok, I am supposed to have brown rice or something. Did not have.
Had my 3rd cleanse capsule
7pm.
Had my EDN. Am I weird for liking the flavor?
9pm. I think I will have a fiber packet mixed with water or club soda.
Not sure if I am following the Waifit regimen correctly. Lisa E. Let me know!.
At the end of the week Iwill post the weight loss & waist loss measurements.
I never feel hungry so hope this works.

Starting Waifit plan today Wednesday 1/13/10
Off from work today
9:30 am Breakfast: Had a chocolate shake, 2% milk with frozen blueberries in blender. Good stuff.
Took 2 cleanse capsules & 3 Burn capsules
11 am: hungry, had 4 deli ham slices.
12:30 Lunch: Had 2 small flounder fillets & a Made them for dinner & have to try them. Just a habit. So made that my lunch for today.
4:30 fiber mixed with water. Good lemon flavor. Had 3rd cleanse capsule.
** forgot to take the next 3 Burn capsules. Can't take after 2 pm. So will remember tomorrow.
**forgot to weigh myself also. Will do that now.
5:30 Dinner, had some Butternut squash & Flounder
Tomorrow is work & will have a shake for breakfast & capsules & will have my lean cuisine for lunch. Will also ride bike for 15 minutes after work 3 days/week. Good luck to me. Will blog every night about my day with Waifit. If Julie Powell could blog her way through a cookbook, I can do this.
Will let Lisa know about blog so that she can read this & see if I am doing it right!
