Okay, so I have been having a mild breakdown. However, handling it well. But not writing every day. I took my shake & 3 burn capsules. Okay, I am supposed to take another 3. wow. could that be an issue. Let me work on that tomorrow.
I had brown rice w/ peas & veggies on top for dinner. good stuff.
However lunch may have been an issue. portabello mushroom & broccoli & cheese quesadilla. Oh yea, I could have ordered a salad while I was out. ouch

Thursday
my usually chocolate shake with blueberries. It really makes me feel good
took my penicillin & my burn. yum
then lean cuisine.
stopped after work & had new tires put on my car
had spaghetti squash with meat sauce. I love that stuff.
ok I have to take 6 burn a day. I cannot get it together.
ugh.
good thing is that I sleep much better. this way of eating is good.
No school tomorrow for nick or angela.
work for me. yuck. snow is on the way as we speak

7am chocolate shake.
3 burn capsules.
keeps me going until noon lunch
ok why can't I remember to take the last 3 burn. I guess I should take before I leave work so not so hungry for dinner? could be.

had my 280 calorie lean cuisine. butternut squash w/ veggies. love it.
did not snack today.
dinner was veggies. asparagus, string beans & potatoes
read all night, while Nick & his friends hung out , no school for them tomorrow because of snow.

What happened to Thursday & Friday.
oh yea
Thursday, slept entire day, had migraine.
Friday slept & had shake & burn.
omg
today Saturday. Have to go to work 6 inches of snow & more to come

made 3 eggs w/ 1 piece of toast.
I had to trek out in the snow, I am not sure why I skipped shake.
made it to within 3/4 mile of work, stuck in snow. My manager picked me up & off to work. car sits all day. can't get out. got ride home. Will call AAA tomorrow to tow to my job.

Tomorrow will start with shake in am. & burn. I am not focusing.
