I will have to ask Lisa E. but I think I need to eat breakfast & do shake for dinner when I am home. It is not working having dinner. I have to remember that I love to eat, so maybe I should eat breakfast & lunch & then shake at night, so I am not going to bed full. I will weigh myself on Tuesday & see if I am still losing.

ReplyDeleteI will be interested in your results Tuesday So far all your dinners sound great. Questions you need to check out How late are you eating? Try not to eat after 7pm. How big is your dinner plate? Remember use small plates and fill half with the veggies. How fast are you eating? Eat slowly; put your fork down after each bite. It is a pain but you are taking control:
