No work today
10 am
vanilla shake w/ frozen blueberries & 1% milk.
Did feel like I needed to eat. So did eat 200 calorie lean cuisine, potatoe side dish.
ugh, just had to .
Had 3 burn & the last 2 cleanse capsules
2 pm
out
had cup of lentil soup & a piece of roasted veggie quiche.
dinner
2 pieces of chicken . grilled, then cooked in chicken broth with frozen artichoke hearts.
had fiber packet.
ate more today than usual.
I will continue with shake every day & then light lunch & dinner & continue burn capsules. I like them.

-Egg and cheese sandwich with your shake.
-Lunch sounded great
-Afternoon snack
-Dinner was great
I need to know how tall you are then I can give you a good idea of daily calories.
1600 calories a day should be good; I would like to see you have 4-400 calorie meals a day. Also being home is when you have time to snack and maintain bad habits. You ate more then you do when you are working but overall you made really good choices.
Save the processed meals for work when you have no time.
TIP OF THE DAY:
When you are home make the time to really take time with your meal even if it’s only the shake. Sit by the window and enjoy the day and eat very slowly.
