rice & soup for lunch
dinner was awesome
50th birthday dinner for kathryn & the food did not stop. Served family style. First came antipasto (the works) , then clam & mussels in red sauce, rolled eggplant with goat cheese, then fried calimari, this was the appitizers. It was all a blur. Then dinner. First came bracciole stuffed with raisins & pignoli nuts. OMG like butter. Then stuffed salmon with crabmeat. Whole sea bass, chicken with spinach in wine sauce. Sliced steak with mushrooms. Oh there was salad with orange wedges & grilled yellow & green zucchini.
Okay, I drank club soda. hahaha. I tried a little of everything almost.
Tomorrow,
Shake for breakfast, lunch & dinner. I need to cleanse!!!!!!! I need to lose weight. This is crazy. I will have to work out. But for now I am still sick.

ReplyDeleteDo not regret enjoying yourself, there is nothing wrong with indulging yourself, and it is feeling guilty about it that throws you off course. NO GUILT!! Wish I was there I would have tried everything also. I know that you have the cleanse tea make a liter of tea add some honey and sip that during the day today.
Do not try and fast when you are sick
Breakfast: egg, toast jelly and a shake
Morning snack: fruit and 2 tablespoons unsalted nuts
Lunch: A large green salad (add any type of veggies you would like and 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds with 3 ounces tuna or chicken 1 slice whole grain bread. Dressing oil and vinegar
Afternoon Snack: plain yogurt mixed with some blueberries
Dinner: large green salad, 1/2-cup grains (rice, barley, couscous) vegetables and 3 ounces of meat.
This is about 400 calories each there is a balance with protein, carbs and fats which you need to get well.
