7:20 am
Had my chocolate shake with frozen blueberries in blender. I like. Then took my 3 burn capsules & 2 cleanse capsules. Do not open capsules & mix in the shake. I tried on the first day. Terrible with a capital T. I had to leave the house at 7:30 so flew out door.

12 noon
Did not have Lean Cuisine, so brought lean hot pocket. My adviser Lisa E. who got me started will not be happy about that, but it is what I had. I bought my usual Lean Cuisine, "Butternut Squash Ravioli w/ Vegetables" tonight. My favorite is 280 calories, but has 490 mg sodium. It used to be 320 calories. It has a new box & design now & obviously less food. Oh boy.

3 pm.
The munching hour at work. Had a 150 calorie slim fast bar. Ok, Lisa E. Let me know if that is a no no.

5:30 pm dinner.
Turkey, grilled asparagus & grilled zucchini. Ok, I am supposed to have brown rice or something. Did not have.
Had my 3rd cleanse capsule

7pm.
Had my EDN. Am I weird for liking the flavor?

9pm. I think I will have a fiber packet mixed with water or club soda.

At the end of the week Iwill post the weight loss & waist loss measurements.

I never feel hungry so hope this works.

    Hey Lisa great day. I did not see you taking the second set of burn capsules. I only managed to take the three in the morning as well.
    Personally I prefer eating things where I can pronounce all the ingredients. I don't think the slim fast bar is bad but here is an easy idea:
    Snack tip 2.
    prepare the night before that it is easy to grab and run.
    2 stalks celery filled with either 1 Tablespoon peanut butter ( Skippy natural is great Peanuts, salt and oil)or laughing cow cheese. Handful of raisins and 8 almonds.

    EDN, I found people either love it or hate it, I am in the first category!

    Dinner was great but until you have time to cook up some rice or a whole grain to have on hand, try a slice of sprouted grain bread with dinner. "Good" Carbs are important.

    If you are not feeling hungry then your plan is perfect for you! Keep some fresh fruit handy for an after dinner snack.
    You also could make a second shake at night and have before dinner if you start to feel hungry.
    Where is the exercise? Did you get to walk or bike today?
