UGH. Now I know why people have surgery. I was not on schedule this week. Gaining weight is unacceptable, but I did not exercise, but I did not eat a lot. except for 1/27. but ate nothing the next day. I am back on schedule.

Ok Lisa, being sick makes staying on any kind of schedule difficult. Also overeating one day and then fasting the next throws your whole body off.

Second we need to make sure you are eating about 1600 calories a day. Spread over 4-5 small meals.
Breakfast is the shake-add 1-tablespoon flaxseed oil and 10 almonds to it-
Can you eat a piece of fruit at 10?
Lunch: your lean cuisine plus what is possible at work in 30 minutes fruit salad? A green salad?
Afternoon snack: your power bar and some fruit
Dinners: 3 ounces of meat, which is the size of a deck of cards.
Rice or pasta 1 cup cooked
Vegetables have 2 cups add a nice salad as well¨
